The Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord, Redevco, on identifying a possible asset management opportunity which would significantly enhance the value of this flagship block of real estate.

The Solution

C&W used expert market knowledge and active asset management to enable H&M to expand in their existing location rather than relocate. H&M were already in occupation of Unit 2, 33 Princes Street and Optical Express were in Unit 1. C&W agreed a new lease with H&M over Unit 2 and a lease extension over Unit 1 at a total rent of £1.8m.
