The Programme Management Office (PMO) lead is responsible for the achievement of management, operational, financial and compliance goals and to identify opportunities, while leveraging the local project management teams for delivery.
The PMO lead has developed a reporting structure and manages client and regulatory compliance requirements to provide a consistent level of reporting throughout. C&W has developed a bespoke ‘Playbook’ for the client, which outlines all of this and forms the basis of engagement with local teams when properties are acquired or disposed of. The client has commended C&W’s involvement and since requested for the scope to include a further three offices for relocation.
