Our team provides independent advice to financial institutions looking to lend against hotel and hospitality assets.  Our team will deliver opinions on those factors influencing value including reviewing the asset’s location, the product quality, the local market dynamics and trading potential.  Not only do we offer an in depth insight into the market and benchmarking of the hotel’s trading performance, we will provide opinions of those issues that may influence the security during the period of the loan.     

Investment Advice 

We provide advice to investors looking to acquire or dispose of assets using our extensive market intelligence supported by our dedicated research and capital market teams.  We will advise on market cycles and those issues that can drive value such as ownership structure, branding and capital expenditure.    


We undertake independent valuations for financial reporting in accordance with financial regulations.

Jurys Inn Portfolio

Jurys Inn Portfolio, UK & Ireland

Our team undertook the valuation of the Jurys Inn portfolio for secured lending purposes as part of Pandox Hotels’ £800 million acquisition in what was the largest portfolio transaction in the UK in 2017.  Not only did we advise on the existing portfolio but also on the proposed structure with their operational partner, Fattal Hotels.

Accor Portfolio

Accor Hotels, Pan-EMEA & Asia

Our team is retained by Accor to provide regular valuations of a portfolio of 530 hotels across 15 countries in the EMEA region for accounts purposes highlighting the team’s ability to manage large scale portfolios utilising the sector expertise across our European network.

Ham Yard Hotel

Ham Yard Hotel, London

We have provided valuation advice on Firmdale Hotel’s renowned luxury Ham Yard Hotel located in Soho for secured lending purposes. The hotel comprises 91 individually designed bedrooms and suites, 24 residential apartments, restaurant, bar, rooftop terrace, spa, gym theatre and bowling alley as well as 13 independent retail stores.

Gran Melia Rome

Gran Melia, Rome

We have provided valuation advice on the 5 star luxury Gran Melia resort hotel in Rome which is located in the shadow of the Vatican City. The hotel comprises 116 bedrooms, bar and restaurant, spa, outdoor swimming pool and terrace, attractive landscaped grounds and parking.
